Brent Beshears

Brent brings a wide range of skills to Colliers International. Brent has gained knowledge in all aspects of sales and lease negotiations since the beginning of his career at Schostak Brothers in 1993. Brent prides himself on being the second generation of the Beshears family to be actively involved in the real estate industry.

Brent's 24 years of accomplishments include a total 26 million square feet of commercial sales and leases, as well as being the Exclusive Listing Agent to over 3,000,000 square feet of office and industrial space.  The result of these accomplishments made Brent the top-producing broker for his previous company, Insite Commercial Group. In addition, Real Estate Mid America Trade magazine has recognized Brent as one of the noteworthy real estate professionals for the Detroit Metropolitan area.
