About Me
Brad, a Philadelphia native and resident, is a Senior Vice President within the Industrial Services Group in Colliers International’s Philadelphia office. He specializes in development advisory, agency leasing and sales, and tenant representation. Geographically Brad is primarily focused on the Urban and Suburban Philadelphia marketplace along the I-95 and Pennsylvania Turnpike corridors. He has a significant focus on urban logistics and development advisory, including land sales, ground-up Class A development, value-add redevelopment of Class B assets, and leasing.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Brad was with Jones Lang LaSalle, where he co-led the company’s Urban Logistics practice in the City of Philadelphia. Prior to JLL, Brad spent several years with Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC), the City of Philadelphia’s Economic Development Corporation. At PIDC, Brad was Vice President of Business Development, and Market Manager for the industrial and manufacturing sectors. In this role he was responsible for managing, marketing, and selling the company’s industrial real estate portfolio. He was also responsible for marketing the company’s lending products to companies looking to relocate to or expand their presence in the City of Philadelphia.
