About Me
Annie Fu is a Senior Associate within Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) in San Francisco. OSBA specializes in helping clients find office space, leveraging the international reach of Colliers to provide our services anywhere from the Bay Area to Beijing.
Annie’s experiences in on-air business news reporting and brand marketing at a Fortune 100 company allow her to quickly understand her clients’ business needs and their brands to find the ideal space—one that embodies their cultures and allows their businesses to flourish.
Annie lives in the Mission District with her husband and two daughters. When she's not out enjoying the many ways to satisfy her carbohydrate, chocolate and coffee cravings, she and her family can be found biking around their neighborhood and Golden Gate Park on the weekends.
Annie joined Colliers OSBA in 2019. During the pandemic, she and her OSBA teammate Brooke Brock created Working Women Wednesdays--a bi-monthly forum for women and their allies to learn about issues from "How to mentor your team when you're working from home" to "Raising resilient girls".

Annie studied Economics at the University of Pennsylvania (USA). She returned to the University of Pennsylvania to participate in the Pre-Health Specialized Studies Program, which helps students prepare for graduate school in medicine and healthcare. She then got her MBA from INSEAD, studying on both their Fontainebleau (France) and Singapore campuses.
Memberships & Involvements
Annie also volunteers her time at Presidio Knolls School, a progressive Mandarin-immersion program. She has been a room parent, served on multiple committees, and most recently joined the inaugural committee focused on Diversity and Inclusion.
