Andrew Urban is an energetic and analytical commercial real estate expert that specializes in local and global advisory of corporate occupiers. His practice focuses on providing companies with best-in-class tenant and buyer ("Occupier") representation on property acquisitions, leasing, portfolio management and dispositions both locally and globally.

Enabled by diverse professional experience gained while at prominent Fortune 500 companies — he consistently brings a dynamic, and results-driven perspective to his clients’ real estate challenges.

Further, he is the Founder and Co-Host of the 'Urban Foundry' podcast which engages city leaders, developers, non-profits, and community organizations together to discuss the future of real estate in the 'downtowns' in the Midwest. The Urban Foundry podcast is available on all major podcast platforms, with a new episode every Wednesday. 

Prior to joining Colliers, Andrew held corporate real estate leadership roles at General Motors, and Zimmer Biomet. In those roles he had operational oversight of brokerage, project management, transaction management, M&A integration and strategic master planning for their global and regional portfolios of office, industrial, and special purposes properties. 

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Andrew previously held pivotal Finance roles at Eaton Corporation — where he acquired invaluable corporate finance, capital project underwriting, and financial reporting experience.
