Amy Chadick serves as Senior Transaction Manager for Colliers highly respected multi-market occupier services team based in Dallas, Texas. The team is nationally recognized for delivering customized real estate solutions exclusively to corporate occupiers, through a diverse team of dedicated professionals, the powerful Colliers platform, and a proven track record.
Ms. Chadick services several global and national corporate clients assisting in strategy development and tactical management of their real estate portfolios.
Prior to joining Colliers, Amy served as Senior Transaction Manager or the DFW-based Advisory and Transaction Services team of CBRE, Inc., where she was employed for 26 years.
Ms. Chadick brings 26 years of corporate real estate account management to the Team. Driven to meet every client’s stated goals, she leverages market expertise in concert with creative strategies to offer a range of solutions across all commercial real estate product lines. Ms. Chadick’s broad experience includes build-to-suit transactions, expansion/contraction exercises, and new-market due diligence and underwriting bringing complementary skills to benefit our clients.
