Alex Stringfellow

As a vice president with the Occupiers Services team, I speciaize in representing firms with the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office and industrial space in the Greater Memphis Metro Market and across the United States. I provide clients with site selection, lease analysis, lease and sublease negotiations, portfolio management, lease vs. own analysis, and vendor consultation.

With 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate and over 200 lease and sale transactions closed, I have the local knowledge and extensive network to help clients with any of their real estate needs.

I am a native Memphian and am passionate about serving my community as well as my clients. I am active within the real estate community serving as the 2021 President for the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Commercial Council. I have been involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) since 2013 and currently serve as a member of the Management Committee.

Prior to joining Colliers, I worked as a vice-president in Fischer & Company’s Memphis office focusing on providing real estate solutions for corporate clients and their national real estate portfolios. In my time with Fischer & Co, my responsibilities included strategic portfolio management, acquisition and disposition of retail properties, office brokerage, and industrial build-to-suits.
