Proactive professional with more than a decade of hands-on experience and expertise in project management, design, planning and dispute resolution in the construction industry. The area of involved work scope encompass managing building and construction works, tendering, drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts of various types (FIDIC, CMAA, tailor-made), project and design management, site supervision of works, quality assurance and quality control, and Client and/or Authorities (local and international) liaison. Considerable experience in the CIS region (Russian Federation, Georgia and Azerbaijan) with detailed understanding of SNiP/GOST standards and procedures, as well as their compatibility with European and US Standards (EN, BS, IBC).

Norbert joins Colliers at the beginning of 2021 as Director of the Project department, which includes 80 specialised employees involved in the design or implementation of real estate projects. He has spent a large part of his career with CBRE, which he joined in 2007. He first held the position of Project Manager and then Department Director before being appointed Managing Director of CBRE Workspace in 2012, renamed CBRE Design & Project in 2017.
