Within the Tenant Representation team, Damien leads the Manufacturing division, various sectors of industry (consumer goods, luxury goods, energy, processing industries, etc. ).

Before his arriving at Colliers in novembre 2018, Damien have worked at Covivio (an institutional investor) during almost ten years. Before working as a Leasing-Manager of an office building portfolio, Damien was a residential portfolio Asset-Manager. His last experience as Leasing-Manager give to Damien the opportunity to deal with all tenants’s real estate issues.

Damien have a legal backgrounf including a master’s degree in urban-planning and construction law.

Paolo has been working in the tertiary real estate sector since 2003. He developed a solid expertise in the consulting services by starting his career in the expertise department of Jones Lang LaSalle in Milan. Then he spent 4 years in Barcelona office of Savills in the Capital Markets department, specialising in advising on investing in office assets in the Spanish market. He has been a member of the user advisory team at Colliers International in Paris since 2012. He is involved in user consulting missions for rental, sale or acquisition, master plan, grouping strategy, etc. Paolo has a master's degree in economics from Bocconi University in Milan. 

Gautier has an exetensive experience representing users, he has worked within major consulting firms such  CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield. His background has given him the opportunity to support a large number of clients in their real estate projects. This diversity allows him to address a multitude of issues, from the development of master plans to the conduct of negotiations.Gautier Gautier began his career in the B-to-B sector with Compass Group, one of the world's leading catering companies and is  graduated with an MBA from ESSEC business school.
