Joined Colliers International in November 2011 as Managing Director for our Miami based Latin America Corporate Services Division.  Fernando came to Colliers from Nortel Networks Corporate Real Estate, where he acted as Director of Corporate Real Estate Operations for Latin America and the Caribbean (CALA) since 1994.  In his role at Nortel, Fernando was responsible for all Real Estate Operations that included; asset management, project management, facility and property management. With a diverse Real Estate portfolio in excess of 1,000,000 sqft with presence in most of the Latin American counties, this included office, industrial, and manufacturing facilities.  In his years at this role, Fernando managed multiple cycles of accelerated growth as well as downsizing.

Ed Alegre is a real estate professional and executive with over 25 years of successful experience in diverse areas of the commercial real estate industry including, consultation, brokerage and appraisal. He has led projects and completed assignments both in the US and Latin America.
