Alejandro joined Colliers in 2018 to work in the Industries department. He represents clients throughout the whole country both for tenants and landlords in the industrial sector. 

Marcelo is highly experienced in the appraisals and valuations field for corporate clients locally and internationally. He has worked representing both landlords and tenants across Argentina and Uruguay since 1997.

My major experience has been in the commercial sector where I had trained in the professional inspection of shopping malls.

In 2017 I finished my Bachelor Degree in International Business .

Marco joined Colliers in January 2017, after an experience in the industrial business sector as a project leader within companies such as Xerox, 3M and DELPHI. He is currently working as Industrial Lead Broker of Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua, contributing his experience and leadership in the administration of projects in different areas, but always dedicated to the service of excellence while maintaining the main focus of obtaining customer satisfaction.

Marco's area of ​​expertise focuses on the representation of users for the site selection, leasing and purchase / sale of real estate, promoting the optimization of strategies to accelerate the success of our clients.

Marco provides a balance between property marketing, positioning and real estate technology with market knowledge that results in an innovative real estate marketing strategy for owners and comprehensive market analysis to provide strategic advice for users.

Wide knowledge in the Industrial Market of the region, has represented several companies of diverse nature from Asian to European in their Real Estate Needs in Juarez with a variety of services that go from Project Management to Site Selection, Tenant Representation and Sale and Leaseback advisory. 

His professional experience is not limited to Mexico's region he has collaborated with few teams of People in Argentina, Guatemala, USA, Taiwan, India, Luxembourg, among others.

Nancy Hernández, joined Colliers International team in December 2014 to manage the lease contracts of Grupo Bimbo company´s portfolio. Participating in the review of management processes and rent payment of “El Globo” to identify and implement improvements to the processes that currently follow. She also participated in the elaboration of the processes for the lease administration and rent payment of “Thomson Reuters” portfolio.

Nancy has more than 10 years of experience in lease contract management and payment management of telecommunication sites, she is a person focused on results, she has been characterized by her efficient and proactive work, as well as by her contributions for improvement of operational processes in her area

Prior to joining Colliers International, she worked as property management coordinator in "Nextel de México", for a period of 3 years, and “Nokia Siemens Networks” for a period of 2 years, during which time she was responsible for the administrative coordination of the contracts of more than 6,000 owned sites and co-located sites leased by Nextel, as well as control of the budget and payment of rents. She participated in the revision and modification of existing processes, as well as the creation of new processes to make the activities of her area more efficient.

After coordination, she worked as  site management analyst, where she analyzed the lease agreements, generation of payments, rent increases, bail and guarantee requests, and the attention to landlords to resolve any type of request derived from the contract lease, construction of the site and access to it.

She also worked as administrative coordinator for 5 years in “Implementos Plásticos, S.A.”, one of her achievements was the development of processes for the certification of the company in ISO9000: 2000.

Administrative Assistant REMS

• Control and monitoring of the information for the group of managers with the objective of processing Licenses of Operation, Remodeling and Internal Program of Civil Protection.

• Consultation and management of the IMPAK system, to identify the status of Licenses processed by each property. • Revision of Fees and Reimbursements for validation

• Support and review of special reports requested by the client.

• Access request with the client, for the different procedures requested by the government authorities and also its case by our team of managers in the different buildings of the Gentera group.
