Marco joined Colliers in January 2017, after an experience in the industrial business sector as a project leader within companies such as Xerox, 3M and DELPHI. He is currently working as Industrial Lead Broker of Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua, contributing his experience and leadership in the administration of projects in different areas, but always dedicated to the service of excellence while maintaining the main focus of obtaining customer satisfaction.

Wide knowledge in the Industrial Market of the region, has represented several companies of diverse nature from Asian to European in their Real Estate Needs in Juarez with a variety of services that go from Project Management to Site Selection, Tenant Representation and Sale and Leaseback advisory.
His professional experience is not limited to Mexico's region he has collaborated with few teams of People in Argentina, Guatemala, USA, Taiwan, India, Luxembourg, among others.
Nancy Hernández, joined Colliers International team in December 2014 to manage the lease contracts of Grupo Bimbo company´s portfolio. Participating in the review of management processes and rent payment of “El Globo” to identify and implement improvements to the processes that currently follow. She also participated in the elaboration of the processes for the lease administration and rent payment of “Thomson Reuters” portfolio.
Nancy has more than 10 years of experience in lease contract management and payment management of telecommunication sites, she is a person focused on results, she has been characterized by her efficient and proactive work, as well as by her contributions for improvement of operational processes in her area
Prior to joining Colliers International, she worked as property management coordinator in "Nextel de México", for a period of 3 years, and “Nokia Siemens Networks” for a period of 2 years, during which time she was responsible for the administrative coordination of the contracts of more than 6,000 owned sites and co-located sites leased by Nextel, as well as control of the budget and payment of rents. She participated in the revision and modification of existing processes, as well as the creation of new processes to make the activities of her area more efficient.
After coordination, she worked as site management analyst, where she analyzed the lease agreements, generation of payments, rent increases, bail and guarantee requests, and the attention to landlords to resolve any type of request derived from the contract lease, construction of the site and access to it.
She also worked as administrative coordinator for 5 years in “Implementos Plásticos, S.A.”, one of her achievements was the development of processes for the certification of the company in ISO9000: 2000.
