Eilleen mainly works in partnership with different service professionals to provide clients with the market intelligence required to support practical business decisions and provide multi-level support across all property types, ranging from data collection to comprehensive market report coverage.
Eilleen joined Colliers in the Valuation & Advisory services team in 2006. After 15-year solid experience in consultancy and real eststae development strategt, she had transferred to the Research team in 2019. As a research head, she produces regular research reports covering the key indicators and movements, offering unique insight and investment property advice for property investors, developers and occupiers alike.
