Andrew Liu

Andrew joined Colliers Taiwan in August 2006, and is responsible for management and operation of the Taiwan office, which is staffed by over 250 real estate professionals. He oversees all the activities for the branch, including new business development, strategy management ,  client relationship management, investment advisory, real estate management and brokerage services.

Andrew is a well-known, real estate professional and commentator on all major Taiwan press and media.  He is frequently being invited as moderator, speaker, or panelist at international forums or conventions.
Over the past 31 years, Andrew has concluded over 8.6 million square feet of property valued in excess of NT$55 billion.

For corporate social responsiblity, Andrew is currently the President of Rotary Club of Taipei Lungmen.  The club was established in 2000 and has been dedicating to the wide range of social service, vocational services and international services.  In addition, Andrew is also the Chair of Taiwan Advisory Committee, RICS. He is actively working with Hong Kong and other TAC members for planning and executing the annual plan of RICS in Taiwan, including CPD seminar, technical visit, RICS forum/conference and annual award dinner.    

Since 2017, Andrew was appointed by Feng Chia University as adjucent associate professor to the graduate school students of Land Management Department. He was teaching international real estate market.
