As Director of Advisory with Colliers International Thailand, Tysen is responsible to lead a multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals to analyze and drive innovative real estate investment strategies in Thailand. Tysen and his team perform full feasibility studies including market studies, development recommendations, and financial analyses for Colliers’ clients.

With over ten years of experience in real estate development, Tysen’s expertise is in formulating and executing the acquisition and development strategy based on analytics and market data. Tysen also has expertise developing finance strategy and plans for capital structure and overall optimal profitability for service members.

Karlo has more than 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. He started his career as an analyst in Colliers International Philippines in 2010 under the consultancy and advisory services, specializing in feasibility studies, highest and best use analyses, financial modeling and financial due diligence. In 2013, he relocated in Myanmar to start the advisory and valuation service line, consequently involving regional project assignments in Thailand, Hongkong and Singapore. Karlo was promoted as Deputy Managing Director and Managing Director in 2018 and 2019, respectively. Currently, he also leads the Capital Market Services, representing multiple asset types in Myanmar (residential, industrial, commercial and mixed-use developments) for joint venture, capital debt injection and financing purposes, as well as outright sale of the properties.
