Andrej joined Colliers in 2005. In 2007 he held the position of Director of Colliers International Slovakia’s Valuation & Advisory Services. In 2011 he has become a Partner in Colliers International in Slovakia and in 2014 he becomes a part of Investment team.

Among his responsibilities belong:

  • analyzing commercial properties and proposal of strategies
  • planning and implementation of Market sale campaigns
  • representation of the buyer/seller
  • negotiation of Offers as required by the clients
  • coordination of Due Diligence process of the sale of properties
  • business development, relationship with clients
  • responsible for preparing the budget, future pipeline, strategy of the department

Before Andrej joined Colliers, he worked for CB Richard Ellis and Law office.
