Rising rents and tight vacancy within Singapore's central business district (CBD) have resulted in a 'flight-to-value' response, where business occupiers are increasingly decentralising from the CBD.
We believe city fringe business spaces offer value, among other merits, for cost-conscious occupiers. Rents of city fringe Grade A offices are currently 22% lower than that of the CBD, with good existing infrastructure and potential enhancement to office amenities.
