The Challenge

  1. Consolidation of different offices: Utilised “One Total, One Company” project principle to bring multiple business units and two main offices under one roof, with operational and functional integration.

  2. Change in working style: Implemented Activity Based Working (ABW) to encourage productivity, collaboration and employee welfare

  3. Talent attraction and retention: Designed and setup a new office to enhance alignment with company values and branding, and boost long term talent attraction

  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Onboarding and continued engagement for stakeholders buy-in
