Its Singapore service centre is a full repair and workshop facility, servicing more than 1,000 products within our air transport, business regional, in-flight entertainment and Government Systems areas.

  1. Change in working style. Implemented activity-based working (ABW) to encourage productivity, collaboration and employee well-being

  2. Talent attraction and retention. Designed a new and upgraded office setup to enhance the working environment and allow flexibility to keep up with workplace trends.

The Result
