Singapore has been gradually easing restrictions at workplaces, the most significant being allowing employees who had been working from home to return to the office, subject to certain conditions. These include continuing to work from home for at least half of their working time, as well as not exceeding half of the number of employees to return to the workplace at any point in time. 

Nevertheless, building landlords and owners have to shift gears and facilitate operation normalcy to prepare for the increased resumption of activities.

While we know that this includes enhancing standards of sanitation and implementing safe-distancing procedures, there may be areas and processes that get overlooked – but shouldn't.
