SINGAPORE, 2 September 2020 — Colliers International (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI), a global leader in commercial real estate services, has announced today that Keng Chiam Tan has been appointed Head of Valuation and Advisory Services for its Singapore business, with effect from 2 September 2020.
Keng Chiam brings with him 30 years of experience in advising clients on real estate activities ranging from acquisition and disposal, merger and acquisitions to feasibility studies, as well as acting in contentious high-profile dispute resolutions cases. Prior to joining Colliers International, Keng Chiam was working for another global real estate consultancy where he led its Valuation and Advisory Services team in Singapore.
As the Executive Director and Head of Valuation and Advisory Services for Colliers, Keng Chiam is responsible for leading, driving and growing the valuation and advisory services, hotel and leisure and the consultancy divisions across Singapore. Colliers International’s range of services spans across traditional valuation and appraisal of all types of real estate properties, bespoke feasibility studies and investment strategies for developers, investors, occupiers and specialists.
