Paul Baxter

Paul is Chief Operating Officer for Colliers in Asia Pacific and a member of the Asia Executive Committee. As the Chief Operating Officer, Paul manages the company’s operations and strategic initiatives to execute on Colliers’ growth plans for Asia Pacific. He leads all shared services in the Asia Pacific region, including Research and Advisory, Marketing and Communications, Human Resources/Administration and Information Technology. Previously, Paul was Chief Operating Officer for Asia.

Paul is a long-standing leader at Colliers, having joined the company in 1998 as a member of the Major Projects team in Australia where he played a crucial role in the establishment of Colliers’ sustainability and technology practice. He became the General Manager of Business Development | Real Estate Management in Australia before relocating to Singapore to lead the Corporate Solutions team there.

Paul also spent four years in Japan, managing a corporate outsourcing business with services including Transaction Management, Portfolio Management and Facilities Management.

Paul has more than 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry and has worked with many of the world’s leading investor and occupier organisations, among them Nissan Motor Company, Toshiba, Google, Mitsubishi Estate Corporation, AMP, GE Capital, Deutsche Bank and ICAP.

Paul has an extensive background in the corporate outsourcing sector, including Transaction Management, Portfolio Management and Facilities Management and has worked with many multinational corporations to optimize real estate operation in major markets in Asia Pacific.
