As the Director of People, Performance & Administration, I have over 8 years of experience in Human Resources.  With the support of my team, I manage the entire employee lifecycle along with operations, administration, business continutiy, health and safety.   My strengths lie in recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, process optimization and project implementation.  

Prior to joining Colliers International, I was the Head of Human Resources for another real estate service provider covering Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Korea and India.  I was also responsible for Compliance, Information and Technology for the region.
