The report contains a spreadsheet with the latest key figures and news for the Nordic property market. Distributed every Monday morning.
Colliers Monthly
The report gives a detailed overview of what happens in the Nordic region (macro economies, transaction markets, equity markets, debt markets, etc.).
Colliers Listed Overview
The report contains key figures for all listed property companies in the Nordics (Main list and First North). The information can be downloaded in excel and covers e.g. share price performance, company profile and financials, ownership and valuation metrics.
Colliers Property Outlook
The report is a comprehensive walk-through of the Nordic property markets with focus on what will drive each market and different segments. The report is distributed in the beginning of the year.
Colliers Quarterly Market Comment
Every quarter, we release a report aimed at international players who want to update themselves on the current situation in the Swedish market. The report describes macroeconomic developments and provides a quick insight into the relevant real estate sectors and the situation on the investment market.
Colliers Annual Office Report
Colliers releases two major office reports each year in the spring, focusing on the Stockholm and Gothenburg markets within the office segment. The report provides the reader with a review of key trends as well as an overview of the rental and transaction market within the office segment and Colliers' view on the future development of the market.
Colliers Annual Logistics Report
Every year in the autumn we release a report on the Swedish logistics market. The report contains market data and key figures for important submarkets as well as an overview of the rental and transaction market within the logistics segment and Colliers' view on the future development of the market. Each year the report has a theme that is particularly relevant in the market today.
Colliers themed articles & special reports
We regularly release short analyses on new trends in the real estate market, specific real estate segments or current events of importance to real estate market participants.

Karin Witalis joined Colliers in August 2021 with a responsibility to establish a complete research function within the Swedish organisation, in order to support the overall business in its very ambitious growth journey. She was promoted to Associate Director, Commercial Real Estate for EMEA Reseach in May 2023. 

Karin has more than 25 years experience from working in the real estate research community and she has always done this in an international context. Before joining Colliers, Karin has had similar roles as Head of Research for both CBRE and DTZ. She has also worked on the investment/fund managment side of the business for Aberdeen Asset Management in Sweden where she was Head of Strategy Sweden, and for ING Real Estate Investment Management in London where she was part of the Global Research & Strategy team. Prior to ING Karin worked as Investment and Research Analyst for Jones Lang LaSalle in London (the European Capital Markets Research team) where she focused on forecasting and portfolio modelling. Before JLL she worked for the Swedish Federation for Private Property Owners and for IPD Swedish Property Index.

He has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2021 and has been Analyst until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.

John has experience from property transactions in several segments. Previously, he worked at Nordier Property Advisors in Stockholm.
