Tamara Dogariu

Tamara joined Colliers in 2019 in the Real Estate Management Services Department, after over 15 years of experience as an architect and urban planner in a private professional practice. Tamara has significant technical knowledge across the implementation of sustainable practices in the buildings’ design and construction, and has successfully integrated health, wellbeing and sustainable thinking into projects design and operations.  Starting 2019, Tamara is part of the ESG Strategic Advisory Department and has specialized in providing consultancy for Green and Healthy newly constructed projects, from buildings to portfolios and communities.

Tamara has coordinated the certification process, offering green building consultancy services for 9 projects under LEED BD+C, ID+C and ND rating standard versions v 2009, and v4, totaling 490,000 sq m. Tamara worked as project administrator and LEED AP ND for the first mixed-use and residential development in CEE that have achieved LEED for Neighborhood Development Certification (Palas Iasi and City Point).

As WELL AP , Tamara has coordinated the certification of 4 projects under WELL Building Standard versions v1 and v2, while  other 22 projects have achieved WELL Health-Safety Rating. The buildings Campus 6.2 and Campus 6.3, developed by Skansk,a have obtained WELL Gold certification, while U-Center 1 developed by Forte Partners has achieved WELL v2 Core at Platinum level with an exception scoring of 91 points.

Tamara has audited the Globalworth portfolio of 16 buildings for the accessibility of people with special needs, being the first office building portfolio in Romania to achieve the Access4you certification.
