• Responsible for the operational management of multiple commercial properties (+600.000 sqm retails parks and office buildings), in order to satisfy the requirements of the landlords and tenants, to preserve the value and integrity of the properties and to meet the financial objectives of the ownership and management.  Supervising and coordinating a team of 7 property managers. 

Assistant to Operational Manager at Arcade Property Management SRL (former Galeria Real), may 2013 - april 2015

• Providing support and working together with the Operational Manager and with a team of 18 property managers in order to achieve the tasks and goals of the department. Implementing and optimizing procedures, managing contracts, agreements, tracking properties costs, maintaining the relationship with service providers. 

Being involved in several handover/take over processes due to ownership changes (Auchan, Jumbo, Real, Obi). 

Participated in the Auchan rebranding of the Real hypermarkets, being  responsible for the preparation of the common areas in the rebranding process. 

Taking part in the remodelling, refurbishment and fit-out works for the opening of the first Jumbo stores in Romania. 

Created a positive work environment and ensured accurate, on-time completion of team tasks. Leaded by examplle, provided clear management, trained and managed a team of 7 property managers.
