About Me
Ionut started his career with Colliers Romania in March 2010 as an assistant within the Valuation and Advisory Services team, being involved in the appraisal of banks’ residential mortgage portfolios for 5 months.
After studying 10 months abroad, in July 2011 he re-joined the valuation team, specializing in industrial properties, eventually becoming a senior appraiser and gaining over 10 years of experience in real estate valuation.
In August 2021 Ionut joined the Investment Services team within Colliers Romania as a Senior Transaction Manager.
Ionut has been involved in the valuation of the real estate portfolios owned by some of the largest companies and banks on the Romanian market, and has also provided valuation services to key industrial developers in Romania and the owners of major production facilities and logistics parks located throughout the country.
