Eleven years of gradually built experience within Colliers International, providing valuation and advisory services for some of the main players of the local real estate market.
Skilled in research and valuation of real estate assets, with a specialization on the retail segment and an ability to prioritize and manage tasks of increased complexity, while meeting deadlines and cultivating positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

I currently hold the Associate Director position of the Valuation and Advisory Services team for Colliers International based in Bucharest, Romania.
I have eleven years of experience in the real estate sector and have previously worked in the financial sector.
Within the valuation team I have provided valuation and consultancy advice to most of the major owners, investors and developers present within the Romanian market including NEPI Rockcastle, Lidl, NCH and Baneasa Development.
I have experience in the valuation of office buildings, shopping centers, residential projects and land plots.
