About Me
Ria is a Negotiator for Landlord Representation under the Office Services Team. She has been exposed to all angles of Office Leasing along with some areas in Retail and Warehouse Leasing.
As a Negotiator, Ria specializes in office lease transactions and negotiations with different companies and landlords in the real estate industry in the Philippines.
Ria joined the Office Services Team of Colliers Philippines in March 2018 as a Negotiator under the Landlord Representation Team.
Prior to Colliers, Ria was an Event Officer under Courses and Research Development Department in a Non-Government Organization dedicated to professionalizing corporate directorship and promote advocacy of good governance in the corporate sector.

Education
Ria graduated from De La Salle – College of St. Benilde in March 2016, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs. She can speak French with limited working proficiency.
After graduating, Ria worked with European Chamber of Commerce under the EU-Philippines Business Network Department. She was able to work as an Advocacy Research Associate, which she provides technical and research assistance in the identification, assessment of the sectors issues affecting European Business entering the Philippine market as well as providing inputs in the preparation of advocacy/position papers.
