As salesperson of Collier’s Rural and Agribusiness, Brad thrives on the details of his work, problem solving and providing his clients with confidence in the sale of orchard properties. Through gaining a Bachelor of Management Studies, industry experience and local knowledge, Brad has a sound understanding of the kiwifruit and avocado industries, it’s people, the market place and comparative alternatives. This enables Brad to provide his clients with confidence and the tools to navigate through any situation to achieve a successful result. Brad also prides himself on undertaking challenges, having represented New Zealand in sport, taken on overseas adventures and is a keen guitarist.

Over the past three years Brad has worked with his father, Jeff. During this time Brad has gained valuable skills, insight, and knowledge from Jeff’s specialisation in orchard sales throughout the past 23 years. Brad has assisted Jeff with the first ‘million dollar per hectare’ sale, and they have since sold orchards over the $1.2 million per hectare in 2019. Together with Jeff, Brad has an extensive database of buyers and industry contacts from which he is committed to providing the best orchard sales service for all parties involved.

Brylie Gordon

Brylie has begun her career with Colliers in Rural Valuation after completing a Bachelor of Land and Property Management at Lincoln University. After working with the Colliers Rural and Agribusiness Team as an intern, she has since joined the Tauranga Team upon Graduating. 

Originally from the Hauraki Plains, Brylie grew up on a property converted from sheep and beef to dry stock and forestry and has always been fond of the rural industry. Studying at Lincoln University helped further her knowledge in the rural sector allowing her to experience farming systems in the Canterbury Plains, and through the Prime Minsters Scholarship comparing these systems with the likes of farming and agribusiness practices in Brazil.

Brylie is working with Chris Boyd primarily in the Bay of Plenty and Waikato Regions with niche expertise in kiwifruit orchards and compensation valuations.

Joanna Koster

Retail Propety Manager with over 25 years experience in commercail and retail property and facilities management. 

Currently  managing a number of Regional/Neighbourhood Shopping Centres in the Christchurch CBD and Suburban areas, including facilities and property management, stratigic planning, budgeting, liaising with tenants, clients, contractors and statutory compliance issues.
