Retail Propety Manager with over 25 years experience in commercail and retail property and facilities management.
Currently managing a number of Regional/Neighbourhood Shopping Centres in the Christchurch CBD and Suburban areas, including facilities and property management, stratigic planning, budgeting, liaising with tenants, clients, contractors and statutory compliance issues.
Oversight and management of the NZD 70 Million redevelopment of The Hub, Christchurch, including, tenancy mix, design, budgeting and planning.
Oversight and propety management of the opening of The Crossing located in the Christchurch CBD.
Disaster Management through the Canterbury Earthquakes, including claims preparation, reinstatement of property, claims resolution.
