Cam joined Colliers in 2009, new to the real estate industry. After completing degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Otago, he played professional and semi-professional rugby both in New Zealand and overseas for a number of years. Cam is Managing Director of Colliers Hawke’s Bay and one of the top brokers in the country for Colliers International..

Raised in Hawke’s Bay, Hadley has spent much of his working life in the agricultural industry.  After completing a Diploma in Agricultural Business, Hadley started work in the stock and station industry based in the Bay of Plenty. He travelled extensively overseas and set up a farming business while living in England. Returning to New Zealand, Hadley worked as a Rural Finance Manager before embarking on a very successful rural real estate career.

Hadley’s successful background in the industry has seen him develop a wide skillset along with a client base that covers the globe.  His years of specialized experience in rural property marketing and sales have resulted in an outstanding track record of over $300,000,000 in sales. These results place Hadley in the top tier of agents nationwide.

Having established Colliers Rural Hawke’s Bay in 2014, Hadley was appointed National Director of Colliers Rural and Agribusiness in 2017 and continues to foster and develop the TransTasman relationship and foreign interest investment in respect of rural industry assets.

Ash is a Sales and Leasing broker in Colliers International’s Hawke’s Bay team. The team operates across the entire region which Ash has full coverage of with a focus on Napier and Central Hawke’s Bay providing solutions to owners, investors, developers, owner-occupiers and tenants. Ash works closely with clients across the retail, government, manufacturing, logistics and office sectors leveraging off the industry knowledge gained from his banking and commercial property career. Ash prides himself on his professional work ethic and will work hard for the clients that he represents, ensuring their best interests are looked after first and foremost. His ability to think outside the box and his approachable demeanour are why he has a fast growing and repeat client base.

Calum specializes in Industrial sales and leasing with the wider Hawke’s Bay & Taupo markets. His time has been spent gaining a strong hold of Napier Industrial areas - Onekawa, Pandora and Awatoto. Since joining Colliers, he can confidently state he’s brokered over 65% of all sales within Napier Industrial and been involved in the vast majority of the leasing activity. Calum is now well known within the Hawke’s Bay commercial market, having built a strong reputation built off a growing list on excellent results.

Over the 7 years prior to joining Colliers, his time was spent building a career within the Wine Industry, working for the likes of Sileni Estate, Villa Maria, NZ Wine Cellars, Asahi and Treasury Wines. After eventually ending up in Singapore with Asahi Beverages, Calum decided to return home to Hawke’s Bay with his young family and take on a new challenge within Commercial Property.
