Geoff Beaumont

Geoff has a strong rural background growing up in the Waikato where he has developed a range of skills which aid him in his valuation career. 

Geoff began his valuation career in 2014 in Christchurch, however more involved in the Residential and Lifestyle markets.  Following a move to the Waikato in 2016 Geoff expanded his education  and began working in the rural market around the Waikato Region valuing a mixture of dairy, grazing, and sheep and beef  farms as well as continuing in the residnetial and lifestyle markets.  In 2019 Geoff completed his registration.

Part way through 2021, Geoff moved back south to join the Colliers Rural and Agribusiness valuation team and is working alongside our senior valuers gaining valuable experience across the valuation sector.  This has included mainly dairy farms, grazing and finishing farms and lifestyle blocks.
