In these diverse roles, strong communication ensured Greta provided exceptional customer service, combined with exemplary problem-solving and negotiation skills, both of which are fundamental to a successful career in real estate.
Growing up on a dryland farm in Central Otago, attending Otago Polytechnic and working in Queenstown for a decade, she returned to the Manuherikia in 2004 after several years overseas, now living in Alexandra with her daughter. Greta’s commitment to a career in real estate stems from a desire to help others, her considerable experience in customer service and sales, as well as a long-time interest in the industry.

Nick is one of the leading retail real estate specialists in Christchurch and the greater Canterbury region. He works across all sectors of retail property from specialty fashion leasing in the rebuild of the CBD to driving the project leasing for large format retail, hospitality and convenience retail centres throughout Canterbury as well as being instrumental in many retail property sales transactions.
Sarah brings 10 years' industry experience and has recently returned home to Wellington after being in Melbourne for six years. In Melbourne Sarah worked as a Commercial Property Manager for CRS Property and as a Residential Property Manager for Knight Frank Australia. Prior to moving to Melbourne, Sarah was based in Wellington and worked in the Corporate Solutions team at Colliers International.
As the Director of Project Leaders for Colliers International in New Zealand, Kerry leads strategic end-to-end property solutions for clients to provide exceptional service and results.
Kerry is an experienced development professional with proven success in development management, client-side project management, land and infrastructure development as well as planning and negotiation. Kerry has over 15 years of experience that includes the delivery of major and complex projects through the bid, feasibility and inception stage, through to design and construction and finally, asset handover to the end client.
He has completed projects across multiple sectors including commercial building refurbishments, office, residential apartments (including BTR), food and beverage, retail, early learning centres, industrial and civil & infrastructure projects.
Kerry takes a personal and dedicated approach to ensure the needs of all clients are fully understood and delivered to a high standard.
Davina Henderson

Davina has a real estate career spanning over 17 years across commercial, industrial and retail asset classes. Having worked in both New Zealand and abroad, Davina has a significant record of achievement in strategic asset management, lease negotiation, tenant retention, makegood negotiation settlements and has worked on flagship projects which have received numerous awards and national industry recognition.
Davina leads the Colliers Commercial Real Estate Management Services team ensuring best practice across all management disciplines, whilst championing Asset management in Auckland. With an international client base, Davina works with Owners to ensure maximum asset value is achieved, and that sustainability reporting and initiatives are consistent with international standards.
Davina is an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors and is licenced Salesperson under the Real Estate Authority.
David heads up the Investment Sales team in Auckland, specialising in the sale and lease of commercial property. This is a large team of brokers focused on providing solutions to owners, investors, developers, owner-occupiers, and tenants. Investment Sales also includes the syndication division, offering proportionate ownership opportunities to investors on behalf of clients.
Since joining Colliers David has been involved in a number of high profile transactions in the CBD and city fringe. Whilst David offers a broad range of services, his areas of expertise focus on the sale and acquisition of investment properties (office, retail or industrial), the re-positioning and refurbishment of under-utilised buildings, commercial developments and land sales.
Prior to joining Colliers, David earned a law and politics degree from the University of Otago and had 10 years professional experience as an investment banker, financial consultant and commercial lawyer. David's broad professional experience gives him a strong commercial understanding and a highly beneficial insight into the mindset of how vendors and purchasers operate. Furthermore, David's technical knowledge of mergers and acquisitions and corporate/commercial law are vital when negotiating on behalf of his clients.
