As general manager of Bruntons Property Solutions Ltd, Christine has her finger right on the pulse of the property market in Hamilton and throughout the Waikato. For more than 20 years she has been professionally involved in Real Estate, but the industry is in her blood as the original Brunton Patton real estate business was started by her father in 1971, making Bruntons Property Solutions one of Hamilton's longest established real estate firms. As well as an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ), Christine is a chartered accountant.

Karen’s portfolio consists of 80 Unit Title properties both commercial and residential, including a large retirement village in Te Kowhai consisting of 73 units. Karen’s integral role as Manager of this complex allows her to advise and assist owners to make decisions that benefit all, which has proven to be hugely rewarding and uplifting.

Building long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders over the past 10 years, Karen understands the value of consistency, hard work and ensures the best possible outcome for her clients.

Karen has a great attitude towards every situation/challenge she is faced with whilst upholding strong ethics and a sought-after approach to Body Corporate matters.

IQP Registered and with special skills in creating close working relationships with both building tenants and owners, Peter ensures that commercial building assets are cared for and maintained. His work includes;
 

• Regular and careful maintenance
• Compliance and issuing of building WOF's
• Coordinating repair and maintenance
• Establishing longer term maintenance plans and seeing that they are carried out

Michelle has been with Colliers since 2018. She comes with a wide background in both debt and property management and has won several achievement awards from her previous employers in Australia and New Zealand.

She works across all facets of our business on behalf of tenants, owners and debtors to resolve disputes. Her natural rapport with a wide cross section of people means she communicates effectively and efficiently.

Michelle has a strong time management background and documents all conversations and diary notes all follow up actions promised by her and her clients.

She is extremely professional in all her interactions on behalf of Colliers.
