Karen Burgess

Karen’s portfolio consists of 80 Unit Title properties both commercial and residential, including a large retirement village in Te Kowhai consisting of 73 units. Karen’s integral role as Manager of this complex allows her to advise and assist owners to make decisions that benefit all, which has proven to be hugely rewarding and uplifting.

Building long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders over the past 10 years, Karen understands the value of consistency, hard work and ensures the best possible outcome for her clients.

Karen has a great attitude towards every situation/challenge she is faced with whilst upholding strong ethics and a sought-after approach to Body Corporate matters.

Karen has been involved in the property industry for 20 years, commencing in a valuation firm which progressed to owning a small business.

Karen joined the ever-growing team at Colliers as a Personal Assistant and has now progressed to her current position as senior Body Corporate Manager.

I would like to take this opportunity to convey my personal thanks and the appreciation from the whole Body Corporate committee for the outstanding work that has been put in by Karen Burgess.
​The day to day work is always dealt with efficiently and speedily with no apparent fuss or dramas and with a smile and cheerful disposition and some laughs which, on occasions was required to get us through some of the rubbish.
​In conclusion I would appreciate you conveying this to Karen as you have given the village, in our opinion, the best manager we could ever have had and Karen is to be highly commended on her efforts.
