Other major players in the food industry, such as Unilever and FrieslandCampina, have already established their R&D facilities at this location, proving the high potential.
Colliers acted as the strategic advisor, delivering the transaction on behalf of Upfield. Arcadis and Fokkema & Partners acted as the technical advisor, environmental and architectural advisors, whilst Nauta Dutilh acted the legal advisor. On behalf of WP Carey, GT-Law was the legal advisor.
In addition, Colliers currently advises Upfield on a technical and project management perspective, where the project is in construction phase.
