I'm active in the Dutch real estate industry since 2014. Being active in the Capital Markets workfield, I've advised several instutitional and private equity investors with acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate in The Netherlands. In total I've transacted over a € billion of real estate in both single asset and portfolio transactions.
Accomplishments at Colliers (since Q3 2019):
- The sale of MegaStores The Hague, a shopping centre of over 80,000 sqm, volume of €47 milion
