Now 35 years after its foundation, Exact is the market leader in financial and business software in the Netherlands and serves customers all over the world. More than 550,000 entrepreneurs and accountants use Exacts software. The office was specially developed for Exact and was put into use in 2010. Despite the growth ambition and the changing working method due to the corona crisis, the head office still fits well with the wishes of the organization.
The TU Delft Science Park consists of a mix of knowledge institutions, start-ups and established companies with a worldwide network. Owner ASR Dutch Science Park Fund focuses on the most developed science parks in the Netherlands, one of which is the location in Delft.
Durability
The joint ambition to make Exact's head office more sustainable played an important role in the extension of the lease. This year, among other things, the roof will be extra insulated and 562 solar panels will be installed. The green lease lays down the agreements on the sustainable and environmentally friendly use of the office building. The tenant and landlord jointly strive for a BREEAM-NL In Use Excellent certification.
Colliers assisted Exact in the process. “This is one of the biggest successes of the year,” says Jan Willem in ’t Hout, director of Tenant Advisory at Colliers. ''The transaction is a sign of Exact's confidence in the building and the location in the long term, a special fact in this corona period. Our team has recently expanded considerably and we are proud that we have achieved this result together with Exact.”
