Commercial responsible for Colliers integrated real estate approach and leading the Dutch tenant advisory and transaction services team.
Charged with the establishment of strategic alliances with various corporate clients, providing them with continuous assistance though advisory and transaction services, to translate their real estate business needs into creative solutions.

As a result driven real estate professional with an eye for people management, I am able to relate to people at all levels of the corporate structure. Beside that I am a pragmatic no-nonsense team manager and a motivational speaker who is able to present larger groups.

Within Tenant Advisory we particularly focusing end user friendly and flexible lease agreements. Either small- or large-scale end users, one offs or corporates we will help you to find the right location and sign a lease agreement that will support your business.
The team served a lot of partners by acheiving massive savings, flexiblity, investements in sustainability due to quantitative research in how our partners can exelarate and how their real estate is able to support that.
