Tom van Laar

Associate Director Capital Markets

Tom has been active in the real estate industry since 2014 in various roles. In January 2017 Tom became part of the Capital Markets Team, where he focuses on commercial real estate and more specifically on office investments. In his role he advises clients on the acquisition and divestment of assets. Amongst his clients are both institutional investors as well as private equity investors. Besides single asset- and portfolio transactions, Tom has been involved in significant (non-performing) loan transactions such as Project Swan and Project Purple.

Prior to joining the Capital Markets Team, Tom has worked in the Valuations department as a registered valuer. During this time he gained experience with the valuation of commercial real estate and developed his specialism for offices.

About Me
