Rafael is a committed corporate industrial/logistics services specialist focused in representing Global corporations as well as institutional Real Estate companies for over 30 years. His experience in representing corporations in multiple markets throughout Mexico, that has allowed him to develop a high-level corporate real estate strategy for his clients.

He has an intimate knowledge of Mexico’s industrial regions & office real estate markets, business parks, developers, the corporate site selection process, real estate markets, and economic incentives provided by federal, state, and local governments across Mexico.

He is very active in the Mexican & international real estate communities as a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors, (SIOR). He is a frequent speaker at international and domestic forums related to industrial development in Mexico, the Maquiladora Industry, the Automotive, Aerospace & Logistics sectors in Mexico, and real estate investment opportunities in the most dynamic regions. 

Rafael McCadden joined Colliers International in 2005 after 8 1/2 years as Executive Director of the Mexican Association of Industrial Parks, AMPIP, a real estate development organization similar to NAIOP.  He is currently Director of the Industrial & Logistics Division in Mexico, and is member of the Steering Committee of the Colliers Logistics & Transportation Solutions Steering Committee (L&T).

Prior to Colliers, Aldubar worked for ATXK Diseño y Construccion as a Project Manager, and for TI Diseño y Construccion as Construction Manager. My expertise comes from having worked along the US-Mexico border, in cities such as Tijuana, Mexicali, Ciudad Juárez, Nuevo Laredo, Reynosa and Matamoros. I also worked in non-bordering cities, such as Monterrey, Saltillo, San Luis Potosí, Querétaro, Puebla and Mexico City. My responsibility goes from picking a location to finalizing, launching and administering any commercial, housing and industrial developments.

I have accumulated over 25 years of corporate experience. From 1995 to 2003 I worked with an Industrial Real-Estate Developer in Latin America, FINSA-AIG Real Estate, occupying both regional and national-level positions. From 2003 to 2005, myself acted as Senior Broker for Colliers International in charge of International Corporate Accounts, and I was a member of the Colliers International Cross Border Team, where I acted as consultant for foreign companies looking for Real Estate investment opportunities in Mexico. From 2005 to 2007, I worked as Director of Hunt Oil in Mexico, where my responsibilities included launching and administering commercial, housing and industrial developments as well as establishing partnership opportunities. From 2007 up to today, I participate as a Board Member on two companies: MB Consulting Services focused on Energy and Industrial Corporate Services focused on financial services for Real Estate.

Sergio Rojas is a top international executive with specialization in Real Estate and Tecnhology, he has great capability to understand business needs and high proficiency to deliver results, with more than 14 years of experience he started his career as a Programmer, occupying different positions in different industries (Real Estate, banking and brokerage house) he became Head of IT for Latin America Region for Colliers International, also at Colliers he was promoted as Director of Lease Administration service line and then again promoted as Corporate Solutions Director serving corporate Latin America clients. He owns a big list of achievements that distinguish him as a disruptive executive. His education includes a Computer Systems Engineering bachelor degree from ITESM (Tec de Monterrey), an MBA from EGADE Business School and he successfully coursed the Top Management D-1 program at prestigious IPADE Business School. He has strong experience serving clients with properties in Latin America, Europe and Asia and on the direction of teams of as long as 30 members with projects that required multidisciplinary contribution and leadership in several countries including Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama, Peru and United States.
