Janis Ozols

Janis is overseeing Valuation and Advisory service lines. He is responsible for strategic leadership of the divisions, takes part as senior expert in valuation and consultancy projects, is passionate about disruptive innovations, works on valuation platform development and relationships with key clients.

Janis has 15+ years of extensive practical experience in real estate valuation and consultancy fields. In valuation he has worked on a wide range of real estate segments, including office, retail, hotel, industrial & logistics, residential, land, development properties, distressed assets and NPL portfolios. He has led and been a key contributor in elaboration of automated valuation models based on big data analysis and machine learning technologies, and successfully implemented these in projects with large corporate clients. Janis’ track record includes also due diligence, feasibility studies, highest and best use analyses, development concepts. He has headed the Latvian branch of an international real estate company.

Also he is an elected representative of the apartment owners association of the 21-apartment building where he resides, representing the interests of the owners in relations with municipality and on matters related to property management.
