Director

As Director of Colliers Korea, Joan is responsible for managing Korea Data Centre business, to lead the data centre project.

She plays a key role to develop and implement strategy from inception of Data Centre business including blueprints, site location, cashflow analysis, negotiation with buyer/seller and obtain permits to relevant government agencies.

Before joining Colliers in 2022, Joan has extensive work experience as a real estate professional with a focus on corporate real estate transaction.

She worked for Cushman & Wakefield from 2005 to 2012 to serve multinational companies with 2 major Data Centre ‘Built to Suit’ projects, and she was also leading a Data Centre development project with a size of 450,000 sqm in Siheung City in 2021.
