Harold Lee has been active in the Korea and Overseas capital & investment sector for over 14 years and his professional experience in the market includes real estates and other real assets.

Prior to joining Colliers, He was a managing director at investment banking group of Hana Financial Investment where he played a key role in growing Hana's overseas real estate business. He led over $1 billion of real estate transactions globally.

Before joining Hana, he was a portfolio manager at major asset management companies in Korea such as Korea Investment Management and DB Asset Management, where he was responsible for managing funds with combined AUM of over $1 billion with a focus on overseas investments.

He was also a director of Financial Advisory Services division of Deloitte Korea where he advised Korean institutional investors on their overseas alternative investments including real estates.

Andrew is currently an Associate Director of Capital Markets & Investment Services at Colliers International Korea. He has 10+ years of commercial real estate market experience in Korea.

He is well-knowledgeable and highly skilled expert with extensive experience on both inbound and outbound transactions. Also, he is well-versed in local and overseas practices. Andrew has an excellent communication skill of finding solutions among all parties to coordinate conflict of interests based on a thoughtful understanding.

He provides apposite information and insights on current market conditions to his clients and knows how to work effectively across inbound and outbound projects for the best interests of the client.

With a proven track record in real estate field as a Senior director, He has successfully nurtured and developed lasting business relationships with a wide range of clients from institutional investors to individual landlords, developers and local conglomerates. Based on the well-maintained relationships, he has successfully closed multiple deals with various projects as indicated on the right, including financial services clients.

Kay is a dedicated real estate professional with 14 years’ experience at a large international real estate companies including JLL and Cushman & Wakefield.

He comes with a proven track record of leasing management dealing with some of the foremost and various projects.

As a associate director in Office Services team, he offers real enthusiasm and leads the project.

He has worked closely with corporate real estate professionals in office lease projects, strategic planning and consulting for lease transaction and space programming. He specializes lease audit,

administration and renewals. In addition, he is also responsible for general consultancy over commercial property leases as well as rent reviews for both tenants and Landlords.

Suah is currently an Associate Director of Colliers International Korea Office Services team. Suah has 10+ years of commercial real estate market experience in Korea.

Having an extensive experience on both the tenant and landlord sides in Korea office market, she is well-versed in leases and local lease practices. Suah has an excellent negotiation skill of fine-tuning the two parties' difference of interests based on a solid understanding of both.

She provides clients with pertinent information on current market conditions and knows how to work effectively across internal and external project partners aiming the best interests of the client.

As Director of Korea, Judy  is responsible for research outputs and play a major role to drive a more client-oriented research approach to support business win rate.

She provided various presentations or documents for clients' market reviews and collaborated with each team to answer client inquiries. She has built a good rapport and reputation with our clients through our services, which provide industry experts with consistently useful market information. 

Judy has over 15 years of experience in real estate business and 6 years in IT industry. Prior to joining Colliers, she has served as a Head of Research for 7 years in Cushman & Wakefield Korea. She also had worked at Golden Bridge Property Management (Vanguarz Asset), Polaris HQ, LAN bird Technology Company, and Alibaba Korea.
