ED.G.E. Edifici Garibaldi Executive
Edifici Garibaldi Executive is located in the city’s new financial district. A massive redevelopment and decomposition project has transformed the former Executive Hotel of 1972 into a new office complex, consisting of three connected bodies each with distinctive features (GBA: 45,000 sq m).
Roncaglia 8
The redevelopment and enhancement of this residential complex is part of the strategic growth of the Milan living platform, which aims to offer new-generation residences (GBA: 8,161 sqm).
Villa Pamphili Hotel
The redevelopment of the Vila Pamphili hotel has made it a four-star hotel with over 230 rooms that offers the comforts of a resort a stone's throw from the centre of Rome. The hotel now also offers an innovative 1,600 sq m conference centre, 15 meeting rooms, a plenary conference room with over 500 seats and a restaurant on the panoramic rooftop on the fifth floor of the structure (GBA: 24,349 sqm).
Rosewood Rome Hotel
Upon completion of the redevelopment project, the Rosewood Rome Hotel will offer 157 rooms, including 44 suites, and three dining venues. The hotel will provide Rome’s citizens and tourists with a luxurious opportunity for ‘escape’ (GBA: 26,700 sqm).
