With the sole exception of logistics, the volume invested in the first quarter was the lowest recorded since 2014, with €474 Mln invested in the Milan market and less than €100 Mln in the Roman market.
The volume invested in the first quarter was the lowest recorded since 2014. Looking at the different asset classes, we can observe the continued interest for logistics by investors which continues to record good investment volumes. The most significant transaction of the quarter was the portfolio of seven assets purchased by GLP for approximately 150 million.
The Milan market is resisting the economic crisis well, recording 474 million in investments. On the contrary, with less than 100 million, the Roman market recorded one of the worst quarters in recent years.
