Experienced professional in consulting for Italian Real Estate Market. Marco joined the Investment Services Team of Colliers International Italia in the beginning of 2017, dealing with advisory for investments opportunities and capital market. Skilled in Investment Analysis, Business Planning, Feasibility Studies and Valuation. In-depth knowledge of Milan market opportunities, mainly focused on Office, Retail, Residential and Hotel Sector.
Prior to joining Colliers, Marco has managed a team of 15 people at Patrigest Spa, the Advisory & Valuation Company of Gabetti Group, where he held the role of Manager.
MRICS (Member RICS, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor).
Marco’s previous career experience also includes Ernst&Young FBA, Real Estate Department, and Pioneer Investment Management SGRpa.
