Andrew is an experienced commercial agency surveyor with a focus on the industrial and logistics sector.  Since entering the commercial real estate world in 2011 in Glasgow, Scotland. Andrew has worked for a vast range of clients both on the landlord side (public sector bodies, real estate funds, propco's and high net worth individuals) and occupier side (Fortune 500 companies, leading industrial and logistics companies, automotive, F&B, data centres, and sole traders).  Andrew has 10 years commercial property transaction expierence, having worked for 6 years in the UK and 4 years based in the UAE, however covered the wider GCC and MENA markets.  Andrew is focused on the delivery of exceptional results for his clients and takes an active and personal interest in their business in order to provide the best real estate solutions.

Ms. Wu has over 6 years’ experience in various aspects of valuation and real estate consultancy covering Hong Kong and PRC markets. 

She has valued a variety of properties such as residential, retail, office, industrial and site for redevelopment. Her major areas of experience include:-

·   Portfolio asset valuations

·   Valuation for financing, accounting and public disclosure purposes

·   Site valuations

·   Whole block building valuations

·   Compulsory sale for redevelopment

Mr Tsang is a qualified general practice surveyor.  He has over 20 years’ experience in various aspects of valuation, property market research, financial analysis as well as preparation of reports of individual properties and portfolio in Hong Kong and the PRC. 

Mr Tsang has been involved in various types of projects, including residential, office, retail, industrial, development site and project under construction. His major experience includes:

• Site valuations

• Whole block building valuations

• Portfolio asset valuations

• Rent review valuations

• Valuation for litigation

• Rating objections

Terry joined Colliers in July 2021. He is now working in the Valuation and Advisory Services Department and currently focusing on development site, residential, industrial, retail, and commercial property valuations.
