About Me
Mr Tsang is a qualified general practice surveyor. He has over 20 years’ experience in various aspects of valuation, property market research, financial analysis as well as preparation of reports of individual properties and portfolio in Hong Kong and the PRC.
Mr Tsang has been involved in various types of projects, including residential, office, retail, industrial, development site and project under construction. His major experience includes:

Whole block building valuations
Portfolio asset valuations
Rent review valuations
Valuation for litigation
Rating objections
Mr. Tsang is a Professional Member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He is also a Registered Professional Surveyor in General Practice.

Mr. Tsang graduated from The University of Sheffield in United Kingdom in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Theoretical Physics. He then received a Diploma in Surveying with The College of Estate Management in 2007.
