Norbert joins Colliers at the beginning of 2021 as Director of the Project department, which includes 80 specialised employees involved in the design or implementation of real estate projects. He has spent a large part of his career with CBRE, which he joined in 2007. He first held the position of Project Manager and then Department Director before being appointed Managing Director of CBRE Workspace in 2012, renamed CBRE Design & Project in 2017.
Patrice, a trained engineer and MRICS, successively held the positions of Managing Director of Icade PM, CBRE Property Management and Yxime (Duval group) before creating, in association, Solaris Gestion Paris.
He joins Colliers France in 2022 to develop the Property Management activity in France and to consolidate it in Belgium where a team of 6 people is already in place.
