A meeting point between actors from here and abroad, the OCDE's coworking space was to reflect strong values: union, coordination and development. From conception to completion, a multi-industry team has set out to serve a reasoned technique and identify sensible user pathways. An accompaniment from A to Z for a progression in the reading and practice of space.

Open while promoting confidentiality. Blurring the boundary between interior and landscape. Allow the gaze to unfold towards a clear horizon. This is Colliers' ambitious project for the OCDE's new coworking space. A place of exchange and reflection far from the standards of the genre where sobriety and simplicity rhyme with flexibility and fluidity.

"There is a change in the layout between the two ends of the plateau. Areas of concentration and isolation gradually give way to open-plan, user-friendly spaces. Then at the other end of the stage, we discover a training space enriched with an agora for informal exchanges, an office to eat and a lab for outside collaborators."
